
Kalyan Jewellers has posted an impressive 37% year-on-year growth in its revenue for Q4 of FY2025, buoyed by strong performance in its domestic market and an expanding showroom footprint. For the fourth quarter of the 2023-24 fiscal year (January-March), the company reported a consolidated net revenue of Rs 4,563.72 crore, despite facing significant fluctuations in gold prices during the period.
The company's operations in India were particularly robust, with a 39% increase in revenue during the quarter. Notably, same-store sales saw a 21% growth, reflecting the strength of its retail operations. Meanwhile, revenue from the Middle East grew by 24%, contributing 12% to the overall consolidated revenue.
Kalyan Jewellers continued to expand its presence in India, opening 25 new showrooms and 14 Candere stores during Q4. The Candere segment itself saw a strong 22% revenue growth during the quarter.
Looking ahead, Kalyan Jewellers has ambitious plans for further growth, with plans to open 170 new showrooms across both the Kalyan and Candere brands. The company has already secured Letters of Intent for its Franchisee-Owned Company-Operated (FOCO) showrooms slated for launch in India this year.
The jeweller remains optimistic about the future, noting positive trends in advance collections for Akshaya Tritiya and upcoming wedding season purchases. By the end of FY2024-25, Kalyan Jewellers operated 388 showrooms across its various brands.
