Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, India’s fastest-growing mid-scale and premium hotel chain, continues its aggressive expansion across the country with two new property launches and one new signing. The company has inaugurated Lemon Tree Premier, Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh, launched Lemon Tree Premier, Navi Mumbai, and signed Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Haridwar, reinforcing its presence across key religious and commercial destinations.
Lemon Tree Premier, Tirupati – 6th Property in Andhra Pradesh
Launched on 2nd October 2025, Lemon Tree Premier, Tirupati is the company’s sixth property in the state. Located in the spiritual city of Tirupati—home to the revered Sri Venkateswara Temple—the hotel is designed to serve the needs of both pilgrims and leisure travellers.
The managed hotel features 111 well-appointed rooms and suites, Citrus Café, a multi-cuisine restaurant, and a wide range of amenities. In its first phase, 54 rooms and the restaurant are now operational. The second phase will introduce 57 more rooms, Slounge bar, Pool Bar & Grill, banquet spaces, a spa, fitness center, and a swimming pool.

Lemon Tree Premier, Navi Mumbai – 15th Hotel in Maharashtra
Also unveiled on 1st October 2025, Lemon Tree Premier, Navi Mumbai becomes the 15th Lemon Tree property in Maharashtra. Strategically located in Vashi along Palm Beach Road, this bustling commercial and residential hub offers excellent connectivity to Mumbai and Thane.
The hotel offers 67 stylish rooms, a multi-cuisine Citrus Café, banquet and meeting spaces, and leisure facilities including a spa, salon, swimming pool, and fitness center. This launch also marks a major milestone for the group, bringing Lemon Tree’s total operational inventory to 11,000 rooms.

Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Haridwar – New Signing in Uttarakhand
Further expanding its religious tourism portfolio, Lemon Tree Hotels announced the signing of a new property in Haridwar, Uttarakhand under its Keys Select brand. The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group.
Located in one of India’s seven holiest cities, the property will feature 52 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a conference hall, and a fitness center. The hotel will cater to pilgrims visiting Har Ki Pauri, Mansa Devi Temple, and other sacred sites, as well as nature enthusiasts heading to Rajaji National Park. It is well-connected—9 km from Haridwar Railway Station and 32 km from Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun.
