Motovolt Mobility a leading innovator in the electric mobility sector, launched a new range of electric vehicles at the Auto Expo 2025, setting the stage for a new category aimed at tackling urban India’s most pressing mobility challenges. The vehicles are designed to address issues such as technology trade-offs, last-mile delivery inefficiencies, accessibility, and the growing demand for eco-friendly transportation solutions.

With India's electric vehicle (EV) market expected to grow from USD 8 billion in 2023 to USD 117 billion by 2032, Motovolt is positioning itself to tap into this expanding market. The new range integrates advanced technology with user-centric designs to improve efficiencies in both individual commuting and commercial logistics.

The highlight of the launch is the Hyper One, India’s first digital pedal motorbike. This innovative motorcycle combines a foot-operated digital pedal with a powerful 5 kW motor, offering instant acceleration from 0-40 km/h in seconds. With a top speed of 110 km/h, a range of 105 km, and peak torque of 90 Nm, the Hyper One offers a unique hybrid design that combines the agility of a bike with the power of a motorcycle, creating an exhilarating experience for riders.

Additionally, Motovolt introduced the HUM NYC, India’s first multi-utility speed pedelec designed for last-mile delivery in New York City. With a top speed of 42 km/h, 200 kg payload capacity, and a 130 km range on a single charge, it is equipped with advanced battery-swapping technology, offering Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) for end-users in NYC.

The M7, a versatile multi-functional vehicle, is ideal for both goods transportation and personal commuting. Its sporty design and practicality make it perfect for business and family use, while the M7 Rally model offers sporty performance with 0-40 km/h acceleration in just 3 seconds and a top speed of 80 km/h, making it suitable for personal and professional needs.

Motovolt’s new slow-speed e-two-wheelers, designed with safety and accessibility in mind, cater to students, homemakers, and senior citizens, ensuring that mobility is convenient for everyone. These models feature a 25 km/h top speed and high torque, making them capable of carrying heavier payloads or pillion riders without power loss.

Each vehicle we design brings us closer to achieving India’s ambitious EV penetration goals while delivering unmatched value to our users.”

With over 25,000 vehicles deployed across India, Motovolt has already offset more than 142,000 kg of carbon emissions. The company aims to further support the government’s target of achieving 30% EV penetration by 2030 with this new range.
