Royal Orchid is all set to expand its portfolio to 11,000 keys in the coming two years. The brand plans to do so by debuting in new cities of Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, while bolstering its presence in the existing locations.
The company plans to add 30-35 new properties in FY25, expanding its portfolio by approx. 2,000 rooms. It also seeks to establish additional luxury hotels to grow into a distinct brand.
Royal Orchid also plans to rebrand the Regenta Inn line and expand in the luxury and smart hotel segments. Earlier this year, Royal Orchid Hotels acquired the operational rights for a 300-room full-service hotel located at Mumbai International Airport, as its entry into the five-star hotel segment. Additionally, the company plans to launch a similar offering in Kevadia, near the Statue of Unity in Gujarat.
Established in 2001, at present Royal Orchid boasts of a robust portfolio encompassing over 100+ properties nationwide and in neighbouring countries like Sri Lanka & Nepal.
