Trehan Iris has joined hands with Sarovar Hotels to unveil the Iris Sarovar Portico, a premium hotel located within the vibrant Iris Broadway Mall in Sector 85, Gurgaon. This strategic alliance marks a key development in the hospitality landscape of New Gurugram.
The project, backed by an investment of ₹75 crore, is expected to generate annual revenue between ₹10-12 crore. Developed by Trehan Iris and managed by Sarovar Hotels, the property aims to set a new benchmark for modern hospitality in the region.
The hotel features 79 tastefully designed rooms and suites, combining comfort, functionality, and contemporary aesthetics to meet the evolving needs of both business and leisure travellers. Guests can enjoy a premium stay experience with high-speed Wi-Fi, in-room minibars, tea/coffee makers, and more.
Iris Sarovar Portico also delivers thoughtfully curated culinary and event experiences. The all-day dining restaurant Flavours offers an enticing spread of Indian, international, and regional cuisines, while the rooftop venue, Terrace Grill, provides panoramic views of the city along with gourmet food and signature cocktails. The hotel’s additional highlights include a rooftop swimming pool, a modern fitness centre, and versatile banqueting and conference facilities that accommodate up to 120 guests – ideal for corporate events, intimate weddings, and private celebrations.
Located at the heart of one of Gurugram's fastest-growing corridors, Iris Broadway Mall is connected to IGI Airport via Dwarka Expressway, NH-48, and the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR).
