Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, the manufacturer of electric vehicles under the brands 'Joy e-bike' and 'Joy e-rik,' has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with New York-based C4V, a specialist in lithium-ion battery technology. The collaboration focuses on developing advanced battery solutions to enhance the performance of electric vehicles (EVs) and align with India’s green mobility goals.
The partnership will develop high-performance battery cells tailored for Wardwizard’s EVs, including high-speed scooters and three-wheelers. C4V will leverage its expertise in high-charging cycle battery architecture, optimized chemical compositions, and stable Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries, specifically designed for India’s climatic conditions.
Both companies will work together to define product specifications, develop prototypes, and conduct rigorous testing to ensure reliability and efficiency. The agreement also emphasizes localizing battery production in India, supporting the ‘Make in India’ initiative and promoting sustainable energy solutions.
