Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited (MLMML) has once again reinforced its dominance in India’s electric commercial vehicle market, securing the top position for the fourth consecutive year in FY25. The company’s flagship brands, Treo and Zor Grand, have been instrumental in driving EV penetration in the L5 category, increasing market share from 16.9% in FY24 to 24.2% in FY25.
Despite intense competition from both established players and new market entrants, MLMML has maintained a commanding 37.3% market share in the L5 category. The company has achieved several remarkable milestones, including becoming the first manufacturer to sell over 200,000 commercial EVs and crossing 100,000 unit sales of Treo, which has been recognized as India’s No.1 electric auto.
In FY25, MLMML expanded its product lineup with the introduction of the metal-bodied Treo and the launch of Mahindra ZEO, the company’s first four-wheeled electric small commercial vehicle (SCV). Following the success of its three-wheeled electric vehicles, Mahindra ZEO marks the company's entry into the four-wheeled cargo electrification segment.
Mahindra Last Mile Mobility, a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M), offers the widest range of electric, petrol, CNG, and diesel-powered three-wheeler and four-wheeler passenger and cargo vehicles. The company’s electric vehicle portfolio now includes the ZEO 4W SCV, along with the fuel-efficient Alfa and Jeeto range of vehicles.
