After completing her MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, she amassed experience in various sectors like retail, healthcare and automobile, during her consulting stint at Ernst & Young. She helped to identify many of the best practices prevailing in high-performing organizations of today and subsequently determine steps for internal capability development. She was rewarded during her stint in the form of individual and team excellence awards for her efforts.
