An IIT -IIM graduate with interests as diverse as mountaineering and event management, Gaurav Ahuja after having worked with the Global Markets Group at Standard Chartered Bank, Singapore, he co- founded Red Ginger Hospitality Pvt Ltd along with his wife Neha Ahuja in 2007. He left his cushy job to do something he was passionate about. The first restaurant from Red Ginger Hospitality was started in 2007 and Gaurav hasn't looked back since then. With 32 operational outlets and targeting to touch the 100 outlet mark by 2015, he has set Red Ginger Hospitality on the national retail map in a short span of six years. His chain of restaurants is spread across 10 cities in India including Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Kanpur, Patna etc serves more than 100,000 meals every month and employs 450+ people.

A “CNBC TV 18 YOUNG TURK”, Gaurav has recently been awarded as “One of the most inspiring entrepreneurs of recent times” by IIM Lucknow. His company Red Ginger Hospitality India Limited has been rated as India’s fastest growing Quick Service Restaurant chain by CNBC TV18.-India’s leading business channel.
