Nagarajan Subramanian, the Founder and Managing Partner had an extensive experience in Sales and Marketing; Retailing; Franchising and Licensing with Voltas Limited; Titan Industries Ltd and Disney Consumer Products over 25 years, prior to setting up the consultancy practice. He set up the hugely successful “World of Titan” franchised retail chain as well as led the Retailing & Licensing business of Disney in India as the Country Director. He was on the National Executive Committee of Franchising Association of India as well as being a regular columnist for Franchise Plus magazine.
