Gaurav Miglani is the Knowledge Partner at Lex Chambers, a full service law firm and the Managing Attorney at Worldwide Intellec, an Intellectual Property boutique based in New Delhi, India. After having completed his Masters in Law (Intellectual Property, Commerce & Technology) from the Franklin Pierce Law Centre, Concord, NH, USA he started his practice of law in 2006 arguing trademark, copyright and patent matters before the Delhi High Court.

Since then, he has handled several contentious litigations in various courts across the country and has attained hands-on experience of handling complex IP issues including in licensing and sports contracts. He is an active member of various international organisations in the field of Intellectual Property, such as the International Trade Mark Association (INTA, USA), the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA, Japan). Gaurav is also a frequent speaker on issues relating to Intellectual Property at various forums and international conferences.
