Before joining Franchise India, he has worked in Singapore in an International law firm in their Asset Finance department, for six years. Before this he worked as an in-house counsel for Thermax India. He has experiences of both the worlds of working as an in-house counsel and acting as a lawyer for various clients. He graduated with a B.B.A, LL.B degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2007. He also holds LLM degrees from National University of Singapore in (Corporate and Financial Services) and from New York University in (Law and Global Economy) and completed them in 2009. He also has undertaken company secretaryship course and holds diplomas in various specific areas of law from reputed institutions.

He has strong acumen for drafting, negotiating and vetting complex commercial contracts. Advising the Company and its clients on significant legal clauses affecting the business, explaining the implications there of and recommending actions for mitigating those risks. Opining and advising on various corporate, commercial, contractual, employment and labour law related matters in line with Company's expanding national and international operations.
