Vinayak Burman, Founder Partner at VERTICES PARTNERS graduated from symbiosis Law College (University of Pune) with Honours in the year 2005. Vinayak has been regularly representing private equity funds in relation to investments, multi-national companies in cross-border transactions, advising on foreign direct investments, outbound investments, joint ventures, technology transfers and commercial contractual aspects.

Prior to founding vertices partners, Vinayak was a partner in economic laws practice, taking care of the private equity vertical and before that a principal associate in Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh a. Shroff & Co. Mumbai.

Some of Vinayak's transactions include advising five star business credits in their capital raise from Morgan Stanley Pe, Corona Remedies in their capital raise from Creador Capital, Sheroes in their capital raise from Lumis partners, Tano capital on its investment in MSH sarees private limited as well as in Arohan financial services Pvt.Ltd to name a few.
